3 Day Safari in the Heart of Sinai

From discovering the ancient history and myths that run throughout Sinai to the off road 4x4 adventures, this three day jeep safari is full of great sites and new experiences. This rugged landscape holds many hidden treasures; visit The Bronze Age Tombs of Nawamis, Turquoise Mines of Maghareh and a natural wonder The Double Canyon, whilst meeting the locals Bedouin families along the way. Share stories and learn about the areas history, geology and ancient traditions around the evening campfire.Try your hand at sand boarding at the highest dunes in Sinai and simply enjoy the stunning landscape. Our overnight traditional desert camp is set up each day in a new location and meals are freshly prepared and cooked on the open fire. This trip starts in Dahab or Sharm depending on where you are staying, with an earlier pick up time for guests in Sharm.

1Desert exploration & camping

Lunch, DinnerTraditional Bedouin Camp

Depart Dahab by 08:00 via land cruiser to the Bronze Age Tombs of Nawamis. Next you will head to the Frozen Dinosaur and the highest dunes of Sinai, Haddoudah. Stop for lunch at the Wadi Safra and visit to the Double Canyon (dependent on time). Arrive at El Akdar for a traditional Bedouin dinner & camping.

2Forest of Pillars

Travel to El Gofa and Wadi Gharaba, then onto to the Forest of Pillars, finishing at Serabit El Khadem for dinner and overnight camping.

3Turquoise Mines & Cairo departure

In the morning, visit to the Turquoise Mines and head to the The Temple of Isis Hathor. The take onward transfer to Cairo, where this trip ends.
